No, the bolts that connect the body and the solid steel handle to the frame can be removed with a wrench. Casters can also be removed with a wrench.

Yes, the recycle code is “4”.
4. How do you replace the casters?
Using a wrench, undo the 4 bolts that hold the body to the frame (on bottom). Remove nut from end of caster stem (on body side of frame). Replace caster, washer nut and body to frame of truck.

No, the lids have a small molded-in tab that keeps them from sliding/falling off the front or rear of the truck.

The lid is pop-riveted together and hinged in the center. The hinge is a non-corrosive aluminum.
3. Does this lid fit the old style Tilt Trucks?
No, this lid only fits the 1304, 1305, 1306 new style Tilt Trucks.
