Order Online:
ˇ Browse products by selecting the product categories on the
'Quick Order Index', located on our home page.
ˇ Click the 'Add to Basket' button when you have found a product
you want to purchase.
ˇ After selecting a product and placing it in the shopping
cart, you will be asked to either 'Continue Shopping' or 'Checkout'.
ˇ When you are ready to checkout and pay for your order click
'Checkout' and you will be taken to our secure server to place
your order.
ˇ Once your order has been submitted you will receive a follow-up
email confirmation of your order from our system.
2. Order by Fax:
If you choose not to use the shopping cart method, you can
print out our Fax Order Form. Click
to view and print our Fax Order Form page and shop our web
site while filling in the ordering information. Our fax number

Payment:
Decide on method of payment. You have three choices:
(All prices are listed in US Dollars.)
1.
Order online using a credit card. This is the
easiest and quickest way to order. We accept any of the following
cards: Mastercard, Visa, Amex, or
Discover.
2.
Pay using a money order.
When you mail a money order to us, we will release your order
upon receipt.
3. Pay using a check.
When you send us a check, we will deposit it and
release your order after the check clears. However, if you
enclose a valid copy of your driver's license with your check,
we will be able to release the order when the check is received.

J. A. Bell & Associates only collects sales tax on orders
shipped to customers located in the State of Georgia, USA.
ˇ Published prices do not include shipping. Our automated
merchant system calculates shipping for you upon checkout.
ˇ All published prices, specifications and services are subject

Warranties
Each
LooseNooseŽ is sold with a J.A. Bell & Associates standard
1-year warranty. If you are experiencing any problem with
a product you have purchased through us, please contact us

Returns
and Cancelled Orders
1.
Returns
Returned orders must be received within 30 days of purchase
to be considered for credit. All returns are to be shipped
to J. A. Bell & Associates at the customer's expense and
must arrive in new condition in the original packaging materials
along with the original packing slip. All returns are subject
to inspection before credit can be issued. Adjustments to
the amount credited back will apply if returned merchandise
is damaged during the return transit. Before returning a product,
contact us at jabell@jabell.com
and explain your purchase problem in detail. We will respond
to you by email and provide assistance. Unauthorized returns
will not be accepted.
Note:
A 15% restocking fee may be applied to the return credit.
2.
Cancelled Orders
If you need to cancel an order, send an email to jabell@jabell.com
listing the number of LooseNoose Versatile Tool Holders you
ordered and your full name and company name (if used). Orders
are processed for shipment via our electronic fulfillment
system, so we cannot promise a cancellation. If we cannot
cancel the order, the order will be shipped, requiring you
to pay a return shipping and restocking fee.
